My daughter Sarah asked for a vanilla, chocolate, cream, strawberry and raspberry cake for her 6th Birthday on the 5th of September so that is what she got!
It is alternate layers of vanilla and chocolate gluten free sponge, sliced strawberries, raspberries, homemade whipped cream, a little strawberry jam and has a "6" made out of raspberries on top to finish.
It's enough cake to feed a small army, oops.
Now to hope Sarah does not go in the fridge before school.
It's basically a grander version of the following cake and was the same recipe I used.
