Found an awesome spider shaped cupcake holder today so just had to make some cupcakes. Silly me went shopping specifically for eggs but got side tracked with other things so ended up having to look up an eggless cupcake recipe. The cupcakes came out light and fluffy but lacked flavour as the recipe called for water instead of milk as it was vegan so the next time i am out of eggs i will use milk.
Covered in black chocolate ganache and white chocolate sprinkles.
