Cake Ball Tutorial

i was looking for recipes for leftover cake yesterday and discovered a wonderful thing called cake balls so decided to try and give them a go

EDIT: I have no longer got the origanal copy of this so can not change it but on practice making thse i use a lot less cream cheese now, maybe half a tub
