Cheesecake Chocolate Cupsby *claremanson

It's my dads birthday tomorrow, he loves my cheesecakes and he loves chocolate so i am hoping this will be a winner.

The inside bottom layer is the digestive biscuit (graham cracker) base, then a layer of strawberry conserve as strawberry cheesecake is my dads favourite, then the Philadelphia cheesecake layer and finally a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top to finish it off

I think I commented on these before, but they look amazing! I'll have to try to make some of these too. Chocolate and cheesecake are two ways to get to my heart. Esspecially cheesecake! CX
