Cheesecake Pizza

A bourbon biscuit base, cheesecake, Curly-Wurly (it's a chewy Cadbury chocolate and caramel bar) chocolate ganache sauce and chocolate caramel sprinkles on top.
After my husband made a cheesecake for my contest claremanson.deviantart.com/jou… he had some cheesecake biscuit base leftover. I told him to flatten it out on a plate and put it in the fridge as I didn't have time to do anything with it at the time. The next day I was in and out of the fridge the base looking at me with no ideas coming to mind until suddenly a cheesecake pizza popped in! I looked around the house for other things to go on top, found all the extras and there you have it.

It's always good to save leftovers, you never know what you might come up with!
