This is a slice of the trail chocolate cake i was asked to make for a friend [link] I am so pleased i made this trial cake (it had been almost 2 years since making this bad boy last) as it really settled my nerves of making a cake for someone i have never even met before plus the family absolutely loved it as well as the left over oreos and lindors i couldn't fit on the final cake.

I know it's not the best photo, far from it, i was working with poor lighting and lack of time with this one.
