Chocolate Jello Bitesby *claremanson

Dark and White chocolate shells filled with Strawberry Jello.

I have been wanting to work with jello for such a long time now, normally I only use it for trifle but thanks to the lovely

who I must dedicate these too I have been inspired at last to find new ways of using it.

I was intending on covering the top of the jello with chocolate but I thought the white chocolates looked so vibrant and much more appealing for the kids uncovered.

TIP: Do not leave the jello to cool for too long before adding to the chocolate shells else when you come to pour your jello into your shells it might not be as smooth as you may like! I still have much to learn from the master of jello!
