Rich dark chocolate and cinnamon pots with white chocolate hearts.

I made this a couple weeks ago for my husband. I was going to wait nearer Valentines Day to share this with you all but I have a lot going on at the moment so not sure how much I will get online before the day so I would rather it be early than late, plus I figured it might help give you some ideas of what to make for your significant other this year.

I used small ramekins, the size of cupcake cases. They are so rich less is definitely more with these little sinners. To make the white chocolate hearts i used my silicone heart ice cube tray as a mold. To make the chocolate pots i heated up equal quantities of dark (semi sweet) chocolate with double (heavy) cream in a pan, just enough to fill a few ramekins, added cinnamon to taste, poured into ramekins and set in the fridge for an hour minimum.
