Chocolate Profiteroles With White Chocolate Sauce by claremanson Chocolate Profiteroles With White Chocolate Sauce by claremanson
Chocolate Profiteroles with whipped cream and a white chocolate ganache sauce. I ran out of whipped cream so i filled the left over ones with some vanilla ice cream.

Please forgive them not looking perfect, this is my first time ever making Profiteroles, practice always makes perfect for me when it comes to trying out new recipes.
I wasn't going to do any more baking this weekend but i had lots of whipped cream left over from making my Terry's Chocolate Orange Cupcakes yesterday

I couldn't find a recipe for such a flavour so adapted this one [link] i am a bit busy today to post my adapted recipe but i should get around to including that in the description soon.

Hey, I don't think you are aware but the group has been closed due to the lack of an admin team, submissions are set to be automatically approved, so no one is running it, myself and a few people had decided that we didn't want to let this die so we took it upon ourselves to remake the group and move it here #BritishArtistGroup So please could you join and submit it to there and spread the word as there are still people like you that still do not know despite the last standing admin writing a journal about it. Thank you, and sorry for spamming your devianation :D

my family said they were really good, i didn't try any myself (family ate them up before i got a chance) so can't really comment which might be better but it does make a nice change from baking the usual cupcakes.

they went well so maybe i will use my gluten free flour so i can try them next time (always use normal flour for the first time baking a new recipe in case it doesn't come out very well as GF flour is pricey)

GF is super pricey, I saw some at the store today and my jaw just dropped :(

i have been wanting to make them for a while too, i was put off thinking they were going to be difficult to make, but they weren't and i thought it would take longer than 45 minutes from start to finish, you really should give it a go :)
