I wasn't sure what to call these, they are kind of a mixture between a chocolate bar, cheesecake and a tart

Many of you know that my other half is a manager at Mcdonalds and often brings home left over Mcflurry ingredients after they stop a certain promotion so i can make all of the staff some treats.
This time he bought home some Munchie pieces, i also had left over after eight pieces from the Mcflurry before (not mint flavoured) so i got to thinking. I had to make something that could easy be cut up into pieces so everyone could easily have a bit without too much mess so i somehow thought up this. I used the munchies as a cheesecake type base and as a topping and the dark after eight chocolates with cream as the filling that sets rock hard.
If the staff will actually get any i don't know as my other half has been in and out of the fridge snacking on them!

I see this kind of photo set up all the time, and I love it. Do you know a tutorial I can look at or how do you do it?

there probably are tutorials around, however i have never used one nor know what it might be called. I use an editing program called GIMP to do this with, i don't really know where to start with explaining it because there is probably easier ways out there.

hehe, i told him to make sure to give his newboss some to which he then replied give him some what? with a cheeky look on his face, he really did want to keep the whole thing to himself!
