Soft vanilla gluten free cupcakes with a rich and smooth chocolate ganache topped with crunchy Daim bar shards.
I hadn't had Daim Bars since i was a kid (and before they changed the name!) until my best friend bought some round one day making me instantly think I must make something with them.
