For Christmas this year i was planning on making peppermint creams. After my practice I thought there has to be a quicker way to coat them in chocolate as i will be making lots of them. So instead of dunking individual creams in dark chocolate, I rolled out the peppermint cream paste like dough, covered one side in melted chocolate, let set, turned over, covered the other side then finished off with sprinkles, to stay festive i used white chocolate star sprinkles. After setting I broke the bark up into shards, placed portions into small cellophane bags and tied with ribbon to keep them fresh. It worked great and saved a lot of time so this is my new plan and no baking involved, perfect.
