Homemade Meringues

I have been wanting to make meringue for a very long time now but up until now did not have an electirc mixer because i thought baking would be a passing craze of mine but over this past year my love of it has just kept on growing. Finally this christmas i got the electric mixer i have been asking for and the first thing to make had to be meringue!
