Inside the after eight cupcakes. I apologize for the terrible photo, but i wanted to show you the middle. Yesterday it was so sunny and perfect for photos, today it is snowing so i had to use the flash, good old English weather!

After Eight Cupcakes: Chocolate sponge with a Mcflurry After Eight chocolate mint sauce center, covered in chocolate ganache made with Mcflurry After Eight chocolate pieces and finished off with some crushed after eight pieces

Made for the staff of Mcdonalds who gave me all their shares of left over After Eight stuff so i could bake them things.
