Description

Cookies and milk with a twist

making of my milk filled cookie cups in pictures :)

my shortbread Cookie recipe [link] though any recipe that doesn't rise too much should work.

Roll then cut out some large circles of cookie dough to fit into into muffin/cupcake trays. (Makes 6-7 cups)

Gently push the dough into the mold with fingers or a wooden spoon then gently cut of the excess dough with a sharp knife (you can use this excess dough to repair any holes that may appear during this process)

Throughout baking check cookies frequently. If they start to rise gently pat down bottom and edges with a spoon, this you may have to do a few times.

Once completly cooled you can remove the cookie cps by gently tapping on the base of the muffin tray.

Melt a 200g bar of chocolate (any flavour) then with a spoon starting from the top sides of the cookies, as the chocolate will start to drip down into the base, completely seal the insides of the cups, ,make sure there are no holes, even a small hole will cause a leak (trust me!)

Once the chocolate has compeltly set and some nice ice cold milk or milkshakes (the colder the better to keep the chocolate firm)

I had the milk in the cups for at least 30 minutes before consuming so as long as you do seal them properly they will hold together no problem.

Final results [link] and [link]

(Sorry for the rushed look of this tutorial, i am very busy at the moment, i will try and get back to this at a laterdate to improve its appearance)
