Sugar cookies with buttercream and Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Easter Monday this year is going to be my youngest daughters 4th birthday so this years baking experiments have begun.
I can't say too much as no one knows anything about the cake I am baking her this year.
However, I will tell you being the first time her birthday falls on Easter due to the date Easter changes every year, Easter eggs are kind of a must in one way shape or form! This experiment was to see if Mini Eggs would keep it's colour and to make sure the colour would not run out into coloured buttercream for at least a day.
These are the cookies after one day so, my experiment proved a success so my plan for Sasha's cake this year is sorted.
