Something for my kids today. We have been very naughty lately with all these chocolate, creamy things so thought I'd make them something healthier for them.
Dried mixed fruit (sultanas, currants, raisins and orange and lemon peel) mixed in by my eldest daughter to my usual sponge recipe but with a little less sugar than i usually add. Then piped and topped with natural Greek yogurt with a sprinkle of more dried fruit on top.
