Orange Chocolate Cookies

Sugar cookies dipped in melted orange chocolate.

I have only baked once since Christmas as I just haven't had the time so I'm sharing some photo's I didn't get around to submitting at the time of baking them.

Any excuse I get to bake I take! This was for my dad along with some strawberry jam sandwich cookies to take with him to school camp back in November.  I couldn't let him go away for three days without any homemade treats!
