Oreo Bread Pudding

As i no longer eat bread, it's not being used up very quickly so started to dry out. I then remembered the Oreo bread pudding recipe i saw ages ago from the Kraft website [link] and just had to make it. The only difference being it was made with lacto free milk for my youngest daughter (lacto free is cows milk but has an added ingredient to help people with lactose intolerance to still have cows milk) also i added a sprinkle of sugar on top for that extra sweetness as some of the recipe reviews said it wasn;t sweet enough.

I will probably serve it with custard or cream for my partner but the kids are loving it just the way it is.
