he loves oreos so had to make dessert with oreos in!
triple double Neapolitan oreos (all the way from America, can't get them here in the UK, thanks Meg!) to dunk in my homemade chocolate pots for two, but will be for 4 once the kids spot them!
150g double (heavy cream)
90g dark (semi sweet) chocolate broken into pieces
65g caster (granulated sugar)
1.In a pan, stirring continuously bring the cream to a boil. 2.Take off the heat, add the chocolate and sugar and stir until melted and thoroughly mixed.
3. Leave to cool for 10 minutes or If putting in the fridge to serve later, you may want to take it out of the fridge for a little in advance of serving to make it easier to dunk biscuits into.
4. store covered and consume within 3 days.
