Oreo Cupcakes

Vanilla cupcakes with an Oreo baked into the middle of the cupcake mixture with melted white and milk chocolate with another Oreo on top to finish it off.

I have not baked with Oreo's in such a long time but yesterday my fiance bought home some left over Oreo's from his stag do (bachelor party) and asked me to make something for him with them so whipped us these bad boys this morning.

I might not be able to eat Oreo's anymore being on a gluten free diet now but i will always have a soft spot for baking with them. After all baking with leftover Oreo's is what got me into baking and food photography in the first place.
