Snicker Towers Of Joy

Alternate layers of homemade (gluten free) shortbread biscuits, homemade whipped creamand sliced up snickers. Making two snacks into one dessert

I know the snickers are not gluten free but i am not a Coeliac or gluten intolerant, i am gluten sensitive so can handle the odd trace amounts of it now and again (one tower is 1/3 of a snickers so that's fine)

I havent had snickers in years maybe so as soon as mentioned them last week in a conversation over chocolate i thought i just had to make something with them.

Couldn't think of a better description than "joy" suggestions anyone?
