The tastiest cake I have ever made!
Sorry for my lack of activity for the past two weeks, first I had an ear infection then my eldest daughter was off school with a temperture. All that means I haven't baked in two weeks! so here is a photo of the inside of the cake I made, you can see how bouncy and fluffy it was, this was just a couple hours after baking it.
