Tomorrow is my eldest daughter's 5th birthday. Sarah asked for a chocolate cake with pink. As i bought my pokemon master 120 tiny pokemon for her birthday present i just had to keep in theme and pokemon her cake up too.
Red velvet sponge with strawberry jam between the layers covered with pink white chocolate ganache, mini smarties and pokemon rice paper cupcake toppers (i was going to make her cupcakes but she wanted a cake instead) with yellow fondant roses.
