7am on a Monday morning and the house was filled with the aroma of baking while some Stone Sour played in the background, what a wonderful way to start the week
After a week of not baking you may have noticed that's all i have wanted to do. I have baked and/or decorated so many things over the past few days it's crazy. Today i had some eggs and a banana to use up so decided to make something a little different from a normal banana cake and i have had enough of cupcakes for one week! So an upside down cake it was. I didn't have brown sugar to make the caramelized topping so used brown caster sugar instead so it's not so dark as a normal upside down cake but still tasted just as great on top the banana and gluten free sponge.
