Getting in the festive mood today after making some Christmas tree decorations out of oranges.
Gluten free vanilla star sponge cut out using a cookie cutter covered in hot white chocolate ganache sauce dyed red (with colouring paste, not the nasty liquid stuff) with grated white chocolate sprinkled on top. I also made another version for the kids, they had hot red custard instead of the chocolate. I sure do love getting creative with leftovers.
