Feature: Food PresentationI love food made or presented in jars, pots, glasses, cups etc. It is a great way to show off layers, creativity and is much prettier and tidier than cutting/spooning desserts from one big bowl into smaller individual bowls ruining the presentation. Here are some of the best examples of all those things i could find.

The summer holidays are about to begin here in the UK which means i will be busy trying to keep the peace between my kids who are like chalk and cheese. They have two very different personalities and clash very easily which makes for a very bad mix when i am trying to bake as my stress levels go through the roo

Easter + Feature: MarchHappy Easter everyone. Hope you enjoy your day/weekend whether you celebrate or not. As for my family all we normally do is exchange eggs and have a family meal.

Feature: Animals + UpdatesBefore i begin i would like to apologize for I have been neglecting my inbox messages over the past few days. I have been very busy around the house having a huge sort out as we have way too much stuff you would not believe!
I have also been having many problems with my camera, which some of you may already know about. I took it to the camera shop yesterday after having a few weeks of the auto focus playing up, finally got really bad and just would not focus at all. The problem is semi resolved for now. My auto focus is completely broken. I was so relieved to hear it was the lens and not the body with the issue. However manual focus still works. So all that talk about me sticking with auto focus until i have more time to play with manual has completely gone out the window! I have been practicing with it last night on items i have found around the house to sell on eBay. So for now i will stick with manual focus. I am one of these peo

Poorly Camera :( + Feature: Death NoteUPDATE: I am going to have to send my camera away tomorrow

I t has served me well for the past 3 years or more since getting it. Up until now i have never had any problems with it. The past couple of weeks i have had issues with it focusing properly, I've had to move myself forward or backwards to get it to focus even if i turn the lens!. Today it wont focus on anything at all after taking photos with it of stuff to put on eBay which means at least one whole month without my camera! I will have to buy a compact digital camera for now as this time of year i take lots of photos of my kids so need a camera espcially for those funny times they do funny things that need to be photographed to be believed!
It is 4:30am on a hot summers morning (part of the reason i have only baked once in the past week!) I am typing very quietly so not to wake my stirring monkeys. I just had my breakfast and won a few bids for my kids on eBay and now my thoughts suddenly

Feature: Crafty!I do apologize for my inactivity this past week, it has been a crazy one! I haven't even had a chance to bake anything as i have been so busy with the holidays, long bank holiday weekend and also my other half going away for 5 days for a music festival (of course the weather is really bad for him!) which he won't come back from until Monday.

Feature: Easter Baking IdeasIt will soon be Easter and i am very excited. This is the first year i will be properly baking for the occasion. Last Easter i was stilling just getting into baking and had very little knowledge.

Feature: Naughty but Nice

For some reason when making features i always make new collections with new photos but just realized i already have lots of existing collections with some wonderful things in that need to be shared.

Over the coming weeks i will be using these collections to make my features from. I will be sharing the best, not just from my food collections but from many categories on DA from anime to nature photos and beyond.

Also i will try and make features more frequently to make the most of my subscription. So far i am only featuring about once a week, now i will try and aim for two, maybe three if i have the time.

So lets begin with some naughty but nice snack time treats.
