Blackcurrant Shortbread Bars (+YouTube Recipe)

These tasty little shortbread bars with a crumble topping are great to use with fresh or frozen fruits and can also be made with raspberries, blueberries and other such fruits too. Perfect for lunchboxes, cake sales and for every day treats.
I made these last week using fresh blackcurrants from the school vegetable garden where I volunteer at for all the kids in gardening club, they all loved it.
