Christmas Cookies

Christmas to me is all about family and friends coming together and in this case sharing happiness in the form of food and i tried to cater for the cookie lover, chocoholic and sweet toothed sweet monsters of the house which in this house means everyone, young and old.

I didn't have the time for perfection today, i didn't even use cookie cutters. I rolled the dough into small balls and just popped them in the oven. Once cooled i quickly dumped the cookies into melted white chocolate and whilst still sticky added the candy canes.
