Iced jam sandwich cookies

Iced jam filled sandwich sugar cookies.

I am terrible at icing so thought it about time I practice.  What better way than icing cookies, needing a steady and precise hand to decorate a small surface. One house later and finally I finished icing them all, not that I noticed when doing it how long it took as I was so focused on the task at hand. A lot more practicing is definitely needed but considering my lack of skill I think they came out pretty good and they were loved at school so what more could I ask for.
