Light and fluffy cupcakes covered with rich and creamy buttercream and topped with vanilla flavoured candy melt LEGO blocks.
Now the kids are back to school I am back making lunch box treats. I recently for the first time bought some candy melts so had a rummage around my silicone mould draw (yes, I have a whole draw full of just different moulds!) and found my LEGO block one that I got last year from my crazy friend Shaami for my birthday or Christmas.
