Pretzel and RockyRoad Cupcakes

Happy National Cupcake Week everyone.

Both Cupcakes are chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream.
The toppings are Rocky Road (marshmallow, biscuits and giant white chocolate buttons) and Salted chocolate Pretzel (I dipped the slated pretzels in chocolate for my kids). The pretzel ones also have pretzels in the sponge mix.

I really need to work on piping, this is partly why i don't make cupcakes very often, piping scares me as i still have so much to learn with baking.
