Raspberry Cupcakes

Sponge cake filled with fresh raspberries, topped with jam, butter cream and raspberries.  Just what is needed in the middle of a heat wave when raspberries are at their peak, being in season and tasting the best they possibly can.

Summer also marks the stat of the six weeks holidays here in the UK so, this will most likely be my last post until September.  Don't forget to check out my journal and enter my baking contest while I am away!

These cupcakes are exactly the same recipe as the one included in the photo below I just put the butter cream on top this time!
